The Ghoulies will get jobs as guards in the new prison and Penny Peabody will give legal advice. It seems she's the only other legal mind apart from Attorney McCoy who can conduct legal business. Sheriff Minetta will, of course, be keeping the town's actual authorities from finding out about any illegal dealings at the prison. Hiram's won. BUT I don't think he trust Hermione anymore. He probably figured out it was her who told Veronica about The White Worm which brings ,me onto Hiram's revenge. He's going to break the meddling kids bond. But how?
